6'1 82kg ... wish more of it was muscle and less of it body fat ¬_¬
bulking to 90 then cutting, hoping to end up a lean 82

Long term goal is 90kg lean (maybe in 5 years?)
I don't understand all the hype with bulking and cutting. What’s supposed to happen is that you gain thirty pounds during a bulk, ten of which will be fat, and then during the cutting phase you lose all the fat and keep 90% or more of the muscle. No reason why with good diet you can't lose fat and gain muscle.

    Do you even lift?

Or rather, do you really believe that it is possible to gain muscle and lose fat without PEDs, and without it being at a painfully negligible rate?

    Yes

Your stats are pretty lame for a whole year of lifting, no offence

And no, body recomposition will not happen at a noticeably fast rate without drugs unless you are a newbie.

Haha this made me laugh. Last time I went to the doctors they classed me as severely underweight :P Im 19, 5ft 10 and I weigh 10st and 4oz. Cba to convert that but im pretty skinny. My bones weigh a hell of a lot though tbh.
The biggest difference you'll ever find between one person and another in terms of weight is 2kg....

Don't use BONE MASS or big bonded as excuses lol

I don't want to sound like 'that guy' but while BMI is important, it doesn't consider fat/muscle ratio, so I'd use body fat percentage as a good indicator, anything between 8-15% is great, while 15-20 is good.

In regards to the conversation above whether you can lose fat and gain muscle, yes, as long as you have a ~20% calorie deficit and get your required proteins, there is no reason for it not to, many MANY people do it.
