I think this is where i always mess up application forms as i dont know what to write for this

explain a passion for retail, helping the general public, working in a fast paced environment (believe me working a h&m is a lot of hard work! - always running around like a headless chicken), - simply explain why you picked h&m over others, and they will most likely pick the most hard working dedicated individual, its not a doss job, they want someone who is going to pull there weight and go above an beoynd there responsibilities
