Do you have to put on all qualfications on UCAS

Hello
so basically applying via UCAS
But i did one year of a level(as level) and messed up big style- i took qualifications irrelevant to what i wanted to do(art etc) i actually currently study computer science(hnc) but i worked full time around a level so as you could guess did no revision for my exams and got dire grades- i was wondering if i have to put them on my ucas?
i mean i've got more since i.e hnc which will get me to uni but do they need to see this- i suppose there will be a gap in my education but i don't want that to completely put them off me. since then i've turned it around and done so many courses- but i don't want them to think I'm hiding something if they found out
What do i do!! xxx
Yes, unfortunately you do have to declare all grades, no matter how dire.

No. If there's anything to explain it should be in your reference.
