I'm revising. But I don't feel that I have much time to finish fully. With solving all the past-papers and questions from other books. What did you get in AS Bio.? Did you do Unit 1 Bio.?

Mitochondria are organelles found in eukaryotes. Biologists think that mitochondria originated from prokaryotes. Suggest 2 structural features of mitochondria that provide evidence for this theory. need an answer,please...

I'm not sure how to answer it, but I'll give it a try...

I think that because Biologists think that they evolved from Prokaryotes (ex.bacteria); because both mitochondria and chloroplasts have their own DNA and can manufacture their own proteins.

I'm also guessing that maybe they have the same DNA/RNA, ribosomes, or even the same enzymes, as inside the mitochondria contain enzymes for respiration....

Hope it answers your question [:
