Applying for Student Finance Offline

Hi everyone :-)
I'm trying to apply for student finance for 2012/13, and I have created a login ect in the direct gov site, but because I need the DSA (disabled students allowance) it wont let me apply online. But it then won't tell me how to apply not online. I've searched through direct gov and anything else I could find as to how to apply on paper or on the phone, but I can't find anything!
So my question is how do you apply for Student finance offline?

It's a load of **** that site. The UCAS email told me it's "quick and easy" yet it's some long ****ing ****. The website itself seems to have troubles. It asked me for my date of birth in dd/mm/yyyy I put it in about 5 times and they still said it's wrong.

Hopefully your query is answered soon, just wanted to vent my frustration with it lol

It is a really badly designed website, I think GCSE pupils could do better! How can they say that you can't apply using this website, then give no indication of how to actually apply any other way!
