Re: Official Question Time ThreadRent-her-boon! Brilliant(Original post by Norfolkadam)
TPA just employs her to look pretty for Paul Dacre.
I can't believe the Conservative guest is the only one I really like on a QT panel. Sadiq Khan, Digby Jowels and Emma Rent-her-Boon are just grotesque.
Yeah i'm not normally a tory mp supporter, but this guy is ok. Digby is a chicken ceasar and sadiq is non existant tonight. -

If you work out the fee structure, which I have. You actually pay less, so actually it's a fall in fee's.
If you don't believe me do the figures.
Huh? The fees went up, what went down?

Re: Official Question Time ThreadI know but you pay less each month but pay for 5 more years. Let me give you an example.
On £21,000 income
£3000 fee's system:
£49.91 (a month) X 12 (to get to a year) X 25 (years of payments) = £14,973 payed in 25 years. If you have that much taken out as most of them are 3 year courses.
£9000 fee's system:
£4.41 (a month) X 12 (to get to a year) X 30 (years of payment till debt wiped off) = £1587
These are official figures. -

Re: Official Question Time Thread
Question Time from abroad, or soon to be.
The only English presence being a ‘Loose Woman’ - Janet Street Porter.
In recognition of the union’s special relationship, the cost of tonight’s program will be met entirely from the BBC’s English budget.
Questions tonight.
Could be Dave’s statesmanlike trip to Obama land.
Could by Syria.
Could be Goldman Sachs.
Could be our credit rating.
Could be NHS reform.
Could be Tesco pensions.
But it won’ t be, just some endless crap about a pointless referendum or three, designed to separate the English from more of their money that they don’t have.
A referendum the English will be fully expected to just put up or, well, just put up really.
The NHS reform could and probably should have been on tonight’s agenda, except Scotland is excluded completely, being presented with an open English cheque for whatever NHS job creation scheme is considered necessary for the natives.
Trouble is you just know the Scots won’t sod off just to annoy us and we will never get to say, "Good riddance and your loss because we're now building HS2 to go to Belfast."
Final question might just be that Hillsborough leak that incidentally now puts The Sun entirely in the clear.
Mind you talking about a culture of victim hood let’s hope no one mentions Glasgow Rangers going bust because then we might get a riot – oh go on then.
Forgot to say, the well-known Scottish dry drunk former Lib Dem leader is also on making less sense sober than he ever did pissed.
That was an expensive drinking habit though wasn’t it?
He could have been deputy PM by now if he'd stayed off the sauce.Last edited by marcusfox; 16-03-2012 at 01:42.
