failed IB 3 times

I'd like to ask for advice. I failed my IB diploma (first try) then I did a retake - failed, my score increased by 1 point. Then I decided to retake again for the last time (3rd), and this time I rewrote my EE, TOK, maths project, World lit. Still I failed and my score increased again by 1 point. And still no points for both EE and TOK.
On my first try our chemistry portfolio was downgraded by 35% plus the exam was really difficult. (I took HL)
I'm so confused, desperate,frustrated at the moment. I don't know what to do. I really want to continue school,I've been contacting some universities and colleges and they said they need the diploma. I know for the 3rd time, that I have studied enough but I don't understand how my grade would just increas by 1 point each time.
To make matters worse, I tried to contact my IB coordinator but no reply.
Is there anyone there who maybe knows what I could do? Any suggestion is welcome. I'll probably just apply to become a flight attendant if there really is no other way, just to have a future you know.
