Re: AQA PSYB3 Exam discussion threadCognitive Development:(Original post by Sadia.Z)
I have my PSYB3 exam on the 11th June and I would be very grateful if anyone could remember what topics were the essay questions on for Forensics, Cognitive Development, Schizophrenia and Mood Disorders...
Thankyou
Sadia
- A question on what experimental design was used in Piaget's conservation study (2 marks)
- Define conservation
- Define egocentrism (I think)
- 12 marker on how others in society can influence child's development
Schizophrenia & Mood Disorders:
- Brieflly explain the psychodynamic theory of mood disorders (4 marks)
- The 12 marker had a statement like "Schizophrenics are best treated in institutions. This combined with drug therapy is the most effective treatment." Discuss this statement.
I hope that helps! -
