Re: The Liverpool FC Thread VII6th in the league brah. 5 teams better throughout season. Arsenal, Newcastle, both Manchester clubs are all better than you(Original post by jam277)
Right now=/= next season.
Liverpool isn't one of the 5 better teams that's for sure(I know you're a swansea fan and all), I remember smashing tottenham 5-1 in the semi final of the FA cup and I remember beating the best team in the world two days ago and drawing to arsenal with our reserves squad on saturday. Jog on.
Agree with the redknapp hate though. We'll find out that tottenham are now bankrupt any time now.
No offence to you and the proper fans of chelsea but i ****ing hate the general fan base of the club. It's just so plastic MAINLY, apart from the real fans who i feel for. -
Re: The Liverpool FC Thread VIIWhat happens when we come third then? Will you still say there are 5 teams better than us or that we're only second to city or united? Just wondering?(Original post by Gob Bluth)

Re: The Liverpool FC Thread VIIyou won't finish 3rd... even if you did, there would be still 2 far better teams than you.(Original post by jam277)

Interesting, but would he want to come back? -
Re: The Liverpool FC Thread VIIKenny has to say that but the fact that he was sent out on loan last summer, under Kenny's stewardship says it all.(Original post by Stirlo)

Interesting, but would he want to come back?
a) He was shipped out the last two seasons ( which is not a great way to be handled by a club)
b) He likes it in Italy and wanted the loan moves their the last two years -
Re: The Liverpool FC Thread VIIArsenal with Podolski too(Original post by kuks)
I sometimes wonder if we even have scouts in Europe. Marin to Chelsea and Kagawa possibly moving to United already so early in the year. -
Re: The Liverpool FC Thread VII(Original post by Pn94)
+ Arsenal have signed Podolski, haven't they?
I hope we move quickly, but we haven't even got a DoF or anything atm so Kenny will be doing all the negotiating. Knowing us we won't sign anyone until after the Euros.
Everyone is signing before the Euros as big performances by the likes of Germany, Spain, France and Holland will only increase the price of players.
