Serbian armed forces will retaliate against targets in Slovakia if there is any invasion of Montenegro. Serbia will also table a motion for the Security Council and summon for NATO assistance.

Serbia does not take these type of threats lightly, and maintains a large army for contingencies just like this.

Serbia thanks China for its offer of military assistance.
yemen calls for restraint of anger the world has alresdy seen enough wars and death, we belive that you can come to some sort of agreement peacefully

If the Slovaks are prepared to discuss the issue of Montenegran independence, then we will do so. However, Serbia remains prepared in the event that war occurs.
we invite the Slovaks and Serbians for peace talks in Saan'a to resolve this issue

Slovakia is not surprised given how backward a country China is and reminds China that all Chinese nationals will be killed in Slovakia unless China supports Slovakian military efforts.

China would like to suggest Slovakia does not order that every Chinese national is killed, because China would then respond to make sure ever Slovakian national in Slovakia is killed. (well this is getting out of character anyway)

Slovakia doesn't care because Yemen's only exports are sand and camel dung where as Slovakian exports are far more essential to Yemen.

Slovakia makes the diplomatic equivalent of "bring it on" to the world community.
