    Weight Lifting, Running, and Acne!
    Hi!

So, I have had a serious issue with acne for years, and have noticed the running 40-70 minutes a day SERIOUSLY gets rid of my acne. It's amazing!

    BUT:
I have stopped focusing on running at the gym recently b/c I minorly injured my knee. So, i've done more weight lifting
However, the testosterone from weight lifting is apparently giving me more acne, as my testosterone spikes a bit when I do weight lifting.

    My question:
Would running 30-40 minutes every day RIGHT AFTER doing intense lifting cause my body to direct less resources to my arms making my weight lifting less useful?
I've noticed that if I run after lifting weights, my arms don't feel as sore after I run and I feel like that might make me lifting weights before less useful and my arms won't strengthen as much?

    Halp :\

I regularly do a run, row or similar conditioning on the same day as weights, or even as a finisher to a weights workout. It won't affect your weightlifting gains if you keep the volume at a level you can handle.

Hopefully then you can do all three: lift, run and clear your acne!
