Offer Rejected because of OCR National Science?
I've already received an offer from the University of Hertfordshire for Mass Communications, however I wanted to change to Film and TV production. I contacted their admin office and they replied today saying that they don't accept the OCR National Science Level 2 Certificate as a GCSE equivalent., however my school and the OCR website state the qualification is equivalent to 4 GCSE's.
Is there anything I can do, because the science was the compulsory course given (god knows why) while I was at school? I mean I meet every other requirement (they ask for C in Maths, English and Science). It's ridiculous that I can receive an offer for 300 UCAS points, yet get rejected to change for a course that requires 260, just because of a decision my school made.
