I'm thinking about applying to both Bath and Warwick (I'm still in year 12!) - could you tell me a bit more about the courses there? I went to the open day at Bath but they didn't really tell us about the course content...

Ah that's cool! I'm guessing you are looking at sociology then? Yeah I did love the actual uni at bath and I got my offer from them within three days of sending my application off so I thought it was fate! Parents wanted me to go to Warwick as it is a better uni and has that 'status' but I was sure I would go to bath. I then went back to bath with my parents for a post offer open day ad it was shocking. The lecturers had no idea what they were talking about and the course involved w lot of taking modules in other subjects like languages or economics which I wasn't interested in. So yeah lovely uni but in my opinion a very disorganised and unstable course!
Warwick on the other hand is a nice uni too, also having an amazing arts centre which bath didn't have. The lecturers were the nicest people and were so caring and the course was good and it gave you a lot of choice as to what sociological modules you took which bath didn't as well as letting you take modules I'm other disciplines like bath if you wanted to - but this was not compulsory as it was at Bath. I would just generally urge you to go to Warwick out of the two - its like targeted second by employers and has such a good name and status as well as offering a very good course with lecturers who actually know what they're talking about!
If you have anymore questions feel free x

Yeah I am looking at sociology haha I haven't been to the Warwick open day yet but I've been on a campus tour but preferred the campus at Bath too! However, I sort of see what you mean about the lecturers at bath... On the open day it didn't really seem like he knew anything about sociology

But thank you so much for the advise! I will definitely take it into account! x
