This is my resit. I'm not looking forward to it as I hate mechanics. :frown:

I know all the stuff, yet get everything wrong

Same. I hope the paper is nice because some of those big 7-9 mark last questions are confusing as hell.

I'm so scarrrred now!!!!

Most of it came up in Physics last year, I just need to make sure I don't make the mistakes that I do...
Yeah I'm sitting this tomorrow :/ Good side is that it's for my AS further maths not A2 maths so at least I don't have to worry about getting an A* in it.

It's my study day so I'm back home.

IMO I think it was a good paper. Did anyone get really... not weird, but awkward answers for 6? Or was it just me? If so... DARN IT.
Thought it was a good paper. What you mean by weird answer?

something like 1.121 or 2.121 for 6(ii)?
1.12 sounds familiar to what I got on one of the questions.
Reply 12
yh for the combined momentum or something.
Reply 13
what did people get for the second tension and the mass of the unknown particle on question 7?
mass 0.2kg. can't remember tension :/

Like it wasn't a simple fraction. I had to keep going back to the beginning to get the friction, then the acceleration, etc.
What were the questions for number 6 again?

What did people get for the last part of Q7? I got 0.75m but some people got 0.90m
Reply 18
i got 0.9 i think

for the last part it was work out the combined momentum of the particle as it left the bottom and when it returned to the bottom.

One part was to find the distance up the ramp the particle went.

Think there may have been another but cant remember it
