A-Level ones aren't out till august 16th
But I'm very confident I've met my ABBa offer
So you never know, we could bump into one another going about our student business at Queens haha. -

I live about 15 mins outside of Belfast so it's no too much of a trek to get there. You gonna be staying in Elms??
I'll be studying theoretical physics so I'm gonna be in the building just right beside the big main one, and the one behind the library!!
Can't wait to make good use of that library (sad I know)

Re: Queen's University, Belfast 2012 Applicants.Lol not sad! Looking forward to it all as well(Original post by Who_Is_It?)

Re: Queen's University, Belfast 2012 Applicants.Hi well i've got NICATS maths and it's considered a GCSE equivalent and I've been accepted. Maybe email the admissions office, they should be able to help admissions@qub.ac.uk ?(Original post by Ciarán)
Can anybody tell me if Queens accept GCSE maths equivalents? I cannot find any information on their website!

Re: Queen's University, Belfast 2012 Applicants. Thanks! I already have a place at UU, but I've gained another qualification and I'm trying for late entry to Queens! Not sure how feasible it is; but when contacted they did not reject me straight out and asked for the rest of my qualifications. Tempted to even take a year out if they even offer a deferment for 2013...but by that stage I'll be 22 and all my friends will have finished Uni! Decisions, decisions...(Original post by HideFromTheGuns)

Re: Queen's University, Belfast 2012 Applicants.
Hey everyone I am coming from England to queens, if I get the grades, can someone please put my mind at rest and say that they don't like to party very much ? I am worried that I am the only one ! I do like to go out maybe to the pub for a few drinks etc but nothing too loud ! I will be staying in the elms and I have made an ensuite my first choice. I probably should have said I will be studying pharmacy

Re: Queen's University, Belfast 2012 Applicants.I'm same as you, queens is my insurance but I'm almost sure I got more chance to get into Queens than my firm.. and I'll be coming from England and I applied to stay in Elms ensuite too(Original post by RTJP)

Don't worry I'm the same when it comes to going out, I'm just not that interested in it very much, i hope that won't get in the way much of making friends and that though...
you?

But I'm very confident I've met my ABBa offer
