I have two choices, doctor or lawyer. I chose neither. So, I'm labelled the 'black sheep' that was bewitched when I went to Nigeria.

But, I LOVE Nollywood/Ghanian movies. Majid Michael is my dude.

Nollywood movies... I find myself laughing at the acting more than the movie

I really like going to africa it's so warm and lovely.
I love the dressing, and just the really nice company of having lots of family.
Some of the food is delicious

Or, the story of the man shaking someones hand then going blind
Or waking up and going crazy
Or their friends sleeping near them and having black things come out from their feet.

Haha, can totally relate. My brothers and I were frequently the last to be collected, always felt so embarresed.

u know what is seriously weird. the massive similarities between africans and pakistanis. we are like exactly the same, the timing haha, the huge families, the weird views on topics, black magic, superstition, the opening tubs of seemingly one thing to find an entirely different food group frozen in it. hahaha, and the thing is i have never known white people to be like this.
mind i wouldnt change being pakistani for the world i love my crazy ass peoples

this was whipped (literally) into me when i was younger. I was led to believe that if anyone in Nigeria looked into my eyes, they would read my soul and kill me o_O.. so then, my mum purchased all five of her kids sunglasses. *shakes head*

It's not that bad anymore y'know. It's just the sound effects and their accents that have me rolling on the floor now. It's better

I know! Even if you were starving/thirsty at somebody else's house, you had to front like you had just ate a frikkin buffet and downed litres of coke. I would just be like 'Aunty, no thank you, I'm fine'. But inside, I'm like "FEED ME BITCH!"
