Weight loss support + PICS :)
Hey guys, I have recently decided i need to actually go on that diet and get healthy rather than just think about it!
at the moment I'm 5'8" weigh 85kg (bmi of 29.somethingishh?) and am a size 16
a few years ago I was a size 8-10 and would love to be something near this again!
i was planning on simply eating less/ healthier (around 1300 cals a day?) and exercising a lot more, but what i really need help with is motivation!!
I have attatched 2 pics from when i was a size 8-10 and a few at the weight i am now to compare.
ps. sorry for the pose-y pictures! -
Re: Weight loss support + PICS :)The best of luck with the weight loss! You know you've been at the weight you want to be before so you know it's doable. Just try not to crash diet; lose the weight steadily and consistently and you'll be there in no-time and keeping the weight off(Original post by KKKKatie)

Re: Weight loss support + PICS :)I think it was around 8-9 stone? can't remember exactly but i think my target for the moment is 10 stone, and then will see how it goes from there.(Original post by jennaz77)
How much did you weigh in the last 2 pics? Whats your target weight?
also thanks everyone for the support! -
Re: Weight loss support + PICS :)The way that your body holds itself makes you look really good, even when you are heavier, you are so lucky. You still have a good figure.(Original post by KKKKatie)

Anyway, so you are looking to lose about 50lb. I would recommend weightwatchers. It depends on your lifestyle and whether its convenient for you, but I lost 42lb in 6 months. Good luck with your weight loss! -
