Atheists can't grasp religion's great mystery
Religion can't grasp the world's great mystery. Hence the invention of a universal explanation: God.

why cant you get it through your head that the news is not about opinions... but about events that did happen...

lawyers in terms of criminal activity are there if theres no substantial evidence showing the suspect did the crime... people use lawyers to show that the evidence does not result in the guy being the one who commits the crime.... good and bad people can have lawyers.... the justice system isnt the best because they can try and get million quick people to defend them but thats not the point....

stop side tracking and face it.... the news isnt made up *******s...

    im not white you moron...
Okay, then the article about the athiests is true. Argument Finished.

 .....i apologise, Actually i DON'T apologise, you called me a moron, do you have no manners?! Stop calling me names in order to win the argument in another way.

What? It was me who was trying to leave your stupid argument, and you're saying I'M wasting your time? Oh drop it will you.

I love the logic of "If Joe does not agree with me then Joe does not understand me".
This logic implies (amongst many things) a sick self-righteousness.
    Exactly what I thought.
"You can't relate to me in this way? Well then you definitely can't relate to me in that way either!"

look you dope... im not being contradicting...

you were talking about the double standard where people critisize her article yet willingly believe articles about islam...
i said the threads on TSR usually involve articles about events...

the article on this stupid thread is about a dopes OPINION...
articles about events are NOT opinions....

youre talking about two different kinds of articles...
theyre different articles so NO you cant use that point of yours...

    article=/= facts
articles can be about facts, they can be about opinions, they can be whatever.... but article itself does not mean that everything written is fact.... her opinion in that article is not fact...

i really cant tell if youre having a laugh, but if you are, quit it, youre wasting both of our times... if youre not... then read all the posts again...

Look you prick, events involve people, articles about people come from the influence of the events.

There are no facts! Facts is when somebody fell off the plane, but 'why and how' is subjective.

Now please leave the argument here, before i start swearing lots.

    You just generalised all atheists...
    Then generalised all white atheists...

So therefore he may be name calling, but you have been discriminatory and racist.

articles are just bodies of text...prob some pictures or something... thats it...
the person fell out of the plane is a fact.... and if the police had evidence (LOOK at the word evidence...LOOK at it... its not about picking any random reason... its about what evidence suggests...) to suggest that it was for a certain reason, then the news will report about the falling out of the plane, and what the police think... they report, they do not give opinions...

if they couldnt find any evidence to know why.... then if the news reported it...they would NOT report what they thought was the reason because thats not being objective... thats not telling the truth...

the news isnt subjective... deal with it... kmt, ive said nothing wrong regarding my points... and i wont stop because i know im right... (as well as atleast one other user here) .... its not about any old prick on tv with no intelligence saying "i think this and i havent got any proof to back it up"...

just because it makes sense, doesnt mean its true.... thats just a lazy way to think... putting anything that involves thinking as an act of god...

a personal flaw i admit, im trying to be more patient .... its just that some of the views on here just make me think... "wow..."

Are you stupid?! It is about opinions. If a detective saw a knife and a dead body, the detective would say that person was killed by the knife. This is OPINION, it isn only a RELATIONSHIP and a CORRELATION.

NOT actual FACTS and Sherlock cannot establish the CAUSE and EFFECT as there is no FACTUAL PROOF.

for **** sake... the bloody detective does not make a random guess and say "he did it... lock him up"... the detective has to rely on evidence...

if the only evidence to the death is a bloody knife to his heart and there isnt anything else that can be found out through a post mortem then it is the knife... that isnt subjective...

if i kicked you and it was on camera.... and the detective said it was me who kicked you from watching the recording... are you going to say it is an opinion?....

people use evidence to try and understand, they dont make random guesses... the news just report this.... the news provide no opinion what so ever... they REPORT whats going on...

    i can see the resemblance...

I've never been religious but I read the Bible out of interest (I know that it doesn't encompass all religions, but it's a start )...I understand it but choose not to believe in it. I also understand why people do decide to believe in it too. It's personal, isn't it?

I don't think that the article too offensive

lol so things that make sense and if you believe them makes you lazy?
come on now, atheists are lazy and believe they know everything through logic............. except it's funny how none of them can explain how we got here. They only explain what we can see with the naked eye e.g. the human body

i have no patience for people like you who cant be bothered to think...

the bit you put in bold is an example of an event where there is evidence... from your view, the detective could have said any prick could have done it and pointed at a random guy (this is not how normal people work)....youre ignoring the evidence...the guy uses evidence to come to the conclusion that i did it...

initially i was calm... the longer the convo i had with you, the more aggravating it is....alternate in moods my arse, its not like im doing it randomly...

Oh my gosh, you're acting like a right prick. You don't have a brain to think! You're as clever as my pet dodo. You're just regurgitating the same argument over and over again!

You cannot say the evidence CAUSED the death, but you can say there is a positive correlation between them!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're making me really mad now, and I know you're doing it purposefully! Go away!
