haha, love the "when"....wish I could be that confident! (actually I veer between confidence that I am exactly what they are looking for, to being convinced they will chuck me on the reject pile as soon as they see my application... )

I am absolutely livid. My gas company has just taken out the £316 again, do to repeating the same cock up AGAIN. This is after three lengthy calls, both of which entailed waiting on hold for at least half an hour. Once again my bank will be charged with an overdraft limit fee, my phone bill is going to be sky high, and I still don't have a direct debit set up with an agreed monthly charge 2 months since we said we weren't moving house :angry: :angry: :angry:
