Anyone else notice we didn't need to re-arrange any formulas whatsoever?
I was disappointed about that. Rearranging is super easy, and gets you easy marks.

The only silly mistake I really made was on the velocity graph, when I did 10 x 4, rather than 10 / 4. Still, I get a mark for the right unit (m/s^2).

That was a mixed paper. Question 5 tripped me up completely, but I think the rest of the paper wasn't too bad. The Biology was far harder.

Anyone got a rough idea of what the boundaries might be? I'm thinking perhaps 17 marks for a C grade?

Nope, it was the change in momentum when the batsman hit the ball, not the change in momentum as it travelled to the batsman.
Ohhh i see, thankyouu so about 2 marks lost there :'(

I did exactly what you did, 10 times 4 bu yes hopefully we will still get the mark for m/s squared

I also did that - got 2.5m/s^2. But I thought that was wrong too...

    I got 94 UMS, and it was a B.

Was it out of 120 UMS then? Does anyone know how far off an A I was?

Confusing because if you are in the right exam thread that is a comfortable a*. Do you know what percentage of the gcse the module you took is... Otherwise check it with your exam officer.

Is this for the AS physics Unit 2 exam or GSCE one? If its for the the AS one then its 98/120 for an A so you weren't far off.

I got 95 UMS but if I got one more mark, I would have had 98 and two more marks would have been 100. Sometimes the gaps between UMS are way too big.
