Firstly, well done
Secondly in terms of post grad, I think that as long as you do well in everything else then it shouldn't be too bad, especially if it's a first year module. I have a friend who applied to Cambridge and Medicine post grad (he did a music degree) and got into both, even though he had a third in one of his important modules

But if it benefits you in the long term then it will be worth it. I had that with an eye operation 2 years ago. The recovery was painful and long but I feel so much better for it now and I'm so happy I had it done. Hopefully the same will be for you too!

Re: The Uni Study Thread Mk IIGrrr, now its turned out our uni have extended the deadline for us to recieve our results to 5pm on the 10th July- thats almost a week away! This is starting to get a bit ridiculous now. Especially as two more departments got there results today so its only 4 departments waiting now.

only done 1 week of work experience i would love to do about 6-8 weeks but my supervisor after doing one week said to email him to arrange some more and has not got back to me for over 2 weeks absolutly gutted I know he's a busy bloke but had I known I would gone somewhere to do a whole summer of work experience in genetics.
I start the dreaded sign on tomorrow as well so feel awful
on positive news it was my birthday yesterday

After that I'm going to Gilwell 24 which should be a laugh. Must put more job apps in though... I haven't done any for about 3 weeks now. Oops.

Mine could be Tuesday 12pm. I will not be checking them on my lunch break as I know group work will pull my average down and if it goes down too far, I'm liable to spend the rest of the day in another rant concerning the injustices of group work (and swearing a lot about it.)

I was thinking to myself, do a lot of university give results out 6th of July? Then noticed studies at KCL haha Same uni
