Housemates are going to be noisy- otc sleeping help?
My housemates are going to organise this game thing from Monday for three nights- these will probably last till early morning.
I have an exam on Wednesday- and want to get in some last minute revision and ensure I sleep well before the exam.
If they're going to be noisy ********- It's all well and good telling them to quiet down- but it won't last for long.
I was wondering if some over-the-counter sleeping help might do the trick maybe? -

I wouldn't suggest it. It could easily make you sleep through your alarm if you don't usually use them.
I would suggest buying these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/40-FOAM-EA...item2c56b1a3be. I have used a similar set for the army when shooting rifles and have used them at night when there was a car alarm outside my house.
Also it would be worth asking your house mates to be quiet or wear headsets because even if it only lasts a while it could be long enough for you to get to sleep. -

I bought a pair for £17 (yes, expensive), but it works.
I live next to the kitchen in my flat, and can hear everything if I'm having a night in, whilst my flatmates are pre drinking before they go out, and they make so much noise its ridiculous.
I got myself a pair of earplugs which are used for industrial purposes and they work a treat. They are in-ear ones, so i have no problem sleeping with them on too.
Problem solved. -

Any chance you have enough money to go stay in a travelodge or something?
