Having to clean up every room myself in the house (kitchen, bathroom, living room) or otherwise suffer a disgusting mess which is not only probably damaging my health (get a lot of coughs in this house) but so messy that I'm positive a homeless person would refuse to live in it.

Housemates banging every single ****ing door no matter what time of day or night, haven't had a single uninterrupted nights sleep this year. Inconsiderate ****s.

I personally despise the people that laugh out really loudly in lectures. If nobody is laughing then the joke wasn't funny and you laughing at it just says you're a massive twot.

Whenever people in my block decide to get drunk there is always about 20 of them in a massive group, and they seem to favour my boyfriend's kitchen (even if there's nobody from his flat with them...). They kept us up last night even though it's exam period, and have done on many occasions.
They are ridiculously noisy, I don't know how they do it.

Discussing the work is okay in some instances, but it's considered cheating at many universities. And people unfortunately do both, with no consideration for the fact that if they were to use my work, i can get in serious trouble as well. Not something i want to risk my degree over.

People being really loud all the time. I'm not talking about the odd night when people come in drunk and wake you up. I'm talking about people who are loud all the bloody time. My housemate was up till roughly 7am every day for weeks once, which would have been fine if she didn't have friends over or watch the TV/play music loudly. She'd only sleep for a few hours then she'd wake up and be loud again. Then she'd complain she was tired and only had 7 hours sleep in 3 nights, poor her! Gaaaah! She pissed everyone off. We asked her to be quiet several times, but she didn't really care.

She was such a hypocrite as well. Whenever anyone else was loud, she was always the first to complain and get very annoyed about it.

I'm fine with being woken up from time to time. It's just when someone is being consistently inconsiderate that it pisses me off.

Not doing the washing up until you have no more crockery left. In our first year at Halls there was a block cleaner who threw away all the washing up, quite annoying esp if people use your crockery then don't wash it up and it gets thrown away

Err, how about endlessly going on about their mum and dad and how much the aforementioned people give them in cash/food/love every term. Some of us don't have parents and having it rubbed in our faces everyday does get a tad wearing after a while. Of course I don't expect people never to mention their parents but doing so every beeping day still stresses me. It only been 2 years since mine had to leave me and the wounds are still quite deep.
