Yea it said 2 differences between STM and LTM accoding to MSM. It cannot be WMM, since WMM focuses on STM.
Differences like encoding, capacity, duration and forgetting will be credited, I believe.

You wouldn't have lost any marks as the paper is marked positively! They would have just read the first study and ignored the second one and just given the correct amount of marks based on the first study

I chose capacity - STM = Around 7+ or - 1 pieces of info. LTM = Potentially unlimited.
I also chose encoding - STM = Acoustically as well as visually. LTM = Semantically.

Its 7 +/- 2 for stm's capacity not 7+/-1.So it can hold from 5-9 items.

Yes I agree - but I doubt the person would loose marks for saying 7+/-1

Dunno aqa are getting tougher in there marking. Also in almost every mark scheme they always say from 5-9 items so the person may lose marks for inaccuracy.
