    Im really hoping that cognitive approach is the 12 marker!

    I would not know how to outline and evaluate anything to do with daily hassels or workplace stress...
    daily hassles: holmes and rahe: SRRS, Rahe navy personnel study, Sarosen Life event scale

    workplace = marmot, karasek

    outline and evaluate is exactly the same question regardless if its for cognitive approach, conformity, stress or whatever answer it in the same way just change the content, you cant bank on one thing to come up, best bet is to learn as much and close to everything as possible, do practice essays make your weak sections your strongest

    Homes and Rahe, The SRRS, the Rahe navy personnel study and the Sarosen life event scale are all part of Life Events This is different from Workplace stressors so be sure not to confuse them .

    I would have thought A02 technically since you're evaluating how changing things like the venue and proximity to the learner changed the rates of obedience?

    Whats the best way to revise for psychology? Everyone seems to be failing, and by failing I mean getting U's. I got a solid C in the mock but I got an E in the jan exam which 49% of my year failed...it seems to be a subject that so many people struggle with. Its the exam technique that gets me! Any tips?

    I managed to get an A in January, its really not all that hard. All you can do is memorise the studies inside out, and always elaborate and add an example at the end of every question!

    Hi, if we were to get an essay question on personality..would it be very specific like 'outline and evaluate hardy personality in relation to stress' or would it say 'outline and evaluate one or more personality types in relation to stress'

    also what do you think, s_axo...on an essay question on obediance is milgrams variations A01 or A02?

    Im 'stressing' over this exam...so much to learn..and the exam is in 14 days.

    I got an A in PSYA1 this one im not so sure..

    for people struggling to revise the only real way is to read the textbook or revision book or whatever repeatedly, psya1 memory stuff read over the studies use flash cards or whatever if you need to but make sure you're going over it regularly eventually you'll find you know it and once someone says a name you'll remember the study.

    do practice papers and use the textbook if you NEED to, if not mark it find the weak areas and revise those again. Then do another practice paper without help. Mark it and highlight the weak areas then revise those. do that till you've done all the practice papers. then make a list of any remaining weak areas and read over them, do the practice questions at the end of that bit of the book etc

    How would you answer this if it appeared as the 12 marker then? Just outline type a and B and talk about friendman and roseman study and hardiness?
