Hey, we're looking for a housemate for the 2012/2013 academic year.
We're a group of 4 second years (3 boys and 1 girl) at Cardiff uni looking for a 5th - preferably a girl. Better than average house, just behind the woody, union, gym, uni and town.
5 double bed rooms with two bathrooms, large kitchen, garden and sun room.
£270 a month (not including bills) and must be willing to pay the bond and two months half rent on the 15th of feb.
