Re: Current Year 11 Thread Mark IILol that's funny because moles is on the next page and I haven't read it yet(Original post by CharlieBoardman)
Find the Mr of CaO, and calculate how many moles of CaO you have. The ratio is 1:1. So multiply the number of moles you have by the Mass number of Ca. -
Re: Current Year 11 Thread Mark IILmao, girls can be persistent can't they! :P You after a relationship with her, or is it just a date?(Original post by c3ntury)
That's lovely
my prom date keeps mentioning coming over more often to meet my parents and stuff, so that'll be uh, interesting?
True, perhaps your situation is slightly different to mine
They're gorgeous! £20,000? Wow, that's a lot of money for a.... fish.
Anyway, I need to keep teaching myself Python and learning about networking. Talk later, ciao!
Yes, my situation is very different to most peoples! I'm practically married -.-
£20'000 is way too much. Even if I has that kind of money, I certainly wouldn't spend it on a fish!!
Have fun, talk later mate

Re: Current Year 11 Thread Mark IIThe horrible "Oh crap" feeling that you get when you get to a maths question which you look at and think "How the hell am I supposed to do this?!?"
I've done the question now but I absolutely hate that feeling (especially in a real exam)
-
Re: Current Year 11 Thread Mark IIMr of CaO = 56.(Original post by InvertedLayman)
Lol that's funny because moles is on the next page and I haven't read it yet
So do 30/56 to find number of moles.
30/56 = 0.536 to 3d.p
0.536 x 40(Ca mass number)=21.4g to 1d.p

Re: Current Year 11 Thread Mark IIQuite disheartening at dirt isn't it! You just have to keep trying and reading the question(Original post by usycool1)
