It's a personality, it isn't possible to have an objective good/bad personality. Each of the four regions are just a continuum of one trait to another.

In all seriousness, provided you can communicate well with patients and come across like you know what you're saying, I shouldn't see a problem. From a patient's perspective, I had a really over-confident A+E doctor who just came across as arrogant...so sometimes being a little more reserved can play to your advantage :smile:
