How does almond milk taste in tea out of interest?
It's not nice Although maybe it's just because it's so different, it took me a while to like soya milk in too tea and now I couldn't go back to normal milk without feeling ill. I think the almond stuff's too strong though.

Eugh, having one of those days where I want to do nothing and eat everything.

Going to get dressed and go into town to distract myself.

Same! And I have so much work to do so I can't even really exercise loads to earn naughty food! It sucks.

Tried almond milk the other day, really didn't like it! I wouldn't want to cut milk out of my diet anyway, even though its fattening I think its got too much nutritional value for me to get rid of it, plus I love milk.

Not had the healthiest weekend, but im really starting to crave healthy food over greasy stuff now which is a good sign.

I bought a dress, which was kinda naughty since I'm low on cash at the moment, but at least it wasn't food

I feel better after a walk - I got quite a few things done (picked up my graduation tickets, transfered some money from my savings account to my regular account, bought some cleaning supplies and groceries to last my til the end of the week), and even though they were all only little things, I feel productive.

I've decided to spend the afternoon sorting through my room/wardrobe, and getting rid of as much stuff as I can, as well as doing lots of cleaning. The oven is covered with cleaning foam and needs to be scrubbed in 30 minutes, then I think I'll hoover the second set of stairs and the upstairs hallway/bathroom.

I've lost a pound since Thursday! I found it weird, since the only 'real' exercise I have done since Friday was a two and a half mile walk. But I've been eating my 1200 calorie limit and no more. Very happy though

Slap in the face day. Had one of those mirror moments- even though I've lost a lot of weight, I was getting changed earlier and just did NOT like what I saw. And I can tell that I've been snacking on such chocolatey and rubbish things and not exercising much the last 2 weeks, I definitely look more flabby.

SO. Changed my goals on MFP, now aiming for 115lbs, so adding a further 10lbs onto my target loss. But I think it will be worth it. And definitely making sure I gym more...I'm paying for a membership so I need to make sure I go! Have also decided to not worry so much about my running for the time being given my knee and foot troubles; I'm going to try some short runs every now and then and try and use the treadmill at the gym still but just try and get cardio from the cross trainer or classes.

This is just a long rant about my own decision making here but I don't want to let things slide and put the weight back on, and I'm yet to reach my 'bikini body' image. It's a bit disheartening in a way acknowledging that I have a long way to go, but it'll be worth it

Sorry if you just read all that :P

Fit into size 14 jeans today I don't know how accurate primark sizes are and they are a bit stretchy and tight to be honest but they FIT!!! And given that a few months ago I wore a size 20 of the same style (they were even too small) I am extremely proud of myself. Now 27kg down and can't believe I didn't even celebrate the 50lbs milestone but I'm determined to treat myself to something nice when I cross the 60lbs mark which is only one lb to go eeekk!!!!

So I ended up trying on loads of jeans today as my sister wanted to buy me some for my birthday so I needed to know what size to get. I ended up fitting into all of the size 12s I tried on which makes me so amazingly happy.

But (and I know there shouldn't be a but) I can't equate wearing that size to the size I look and the weight I am. I know clearly if a size 12 fits you, you must be a size 12. But how can the people who I know who look so trim/toned/athletic/slim be a size 8 to 10 and me be a 12 when I weigh stones and stones more than them and still have a massive belly/thighs etc etc.

Do apologise for negativity! I feel like I'm quite negative on here but just probably because I feel like you guys will understand my body insecurities a bit!

3 solid months at home before uni now and a real chance to lose some weight!

breakfast: smoothie (skimmed milk, blueberries, raspberries, pineapple)
    lunch: large bread roll, margarine
dinner: big salad (celery, tomato, cucmber, carrot), and a LOT of frozen yoghurt
drinks: tea, skinny hot chocolate, water

the thing is, i can SEE that i'd be sooooooooo so happy with my body if I was just more muscular and skinnier... my actual body shape i really like, it's just not quite there yet.

    definitely will run tonight!

Sorry if youve seen this already on MFP - horribly hectic day as got dressed and realised my work trousers are like way beyond baggy now (v.ashamed of how bad they looked and with my casual cardi bleurgh) then the recruiter from last week had me go for an interview with only 5 hours notice, work were not pleased and gave me just enough time to get from a to b no more for prep or going home to get changed, and I looked terrible, sweated loads from nerves from not knowing enough about the job or looking good enough, and had the fuel light on not knowing if id make it lets see if i made as good an impression as my cv did. There are only 4 who at 1st round were not so great, adequate, good, then me - the special exception they pushed in for the interview. I will find out tomorrow if I have a 2nd round interview.

    Today:
1 banana, couldnt eat lunch until 2.15 as too nervous and only really half my salad, chicken leg/few oven fries/iceberg and cu with homemade coleslaw no mayo or dressing for dinner with coke - coke is very bad for my averages as is the cadbury caramel and nut ice-cream lolly i plan to have later

I doubt you still have a massive belly/ thighs if your a size 12 you will just be used to thinking that and because the changes were so gradual wont realise how much smaller you are.

Plan for today: get up early, have good meals, go to the gym, be awesome

Reality: get out of bed at 1pm, eat so much I feel sick, as a result too ill to go to the gym.

Your diet is ALL carbs and you had absolutely no protein or fats today. I know that may be a one off but I thought I may give you a heads up that you'll never become muscular or toned without eating higher amounts of meat protein and fat.
