For some perspective, I bought a pair of billy basic goggles in a French resort [admittedly, a few years ago] for 20euros. Not bankbreaking.

    Is your bank 24hrs?
Awesome, won't panic about that then :yy:

No idea. It's taken me long enough to find the number for the right department. At least I can ring tomorrow.

True - but if they do have one, they need to remember to bring it

    Oops!

I ordered a replacement and it came in a couple of days - ordering today might be pushing it

Actually I think I felt more organized about this trip a couple of weeks ago!

Same! Started packing on Monday, got as far as my ski stuff and thought I'll dpi the rest later. I have work tomorrow and on Friday and I haven't even finished shopping. So glad it's a really late meeting time!

Should be fine (although I would strongly recommend if you can bringing a copy of your policy document or similar in case Ski Alpine want to see it), with my insurance then I don't need to pay any excess with medical related claims if I have an EHIC as it entitles you to cheaper or free healthcare in Europe (the same level that a citizen of the country would get).
