Nice man your squats are looking really strong, come a long way from your squats back in uni gym - whats your reason for not training with a belt though?
also did you give up on bench and deadlifting?
When I was back in Hull I was like 75kg bodyweight lol. I had no leverages for the squat with my height. Really surprised that I managed 150kg. Do you still play dota bro? Would be cool to have some games again. Will update with 3 workout videos later on. -

Pain in should is still here although no affecting my overhead strength too much. I think I would've gotten 75kg if I went for it. My back off strength is the same. I still don't know what to do about my left shoulder though. Any advice would be appreciated. -

Get bigger and stronger I suppose. I'm gonna do some benching since that isn't causing the mild shoulder pain. I will have to do some assistance work to balance it out.
My goals are just to get bigger and stronger like everyone else. I wanna weigh 95kg then check to see if i wanna bulk more or cut depending on how i look. -

Sry I haven't updated for a while. I'm seeing a physio for my left shoulder. Instead of the 3 overhead movement I will be following defrancos version of westside with flat/incline movements.

I didn't have my camera with me to monitor my bar speed so I had to go with instinct which I don't like doing. It turned out for the better though as I hit 200kg sooner than I expected

I have really poor mobility on these and will have to work on it if I want to continue doing them. The reps felt really hard but on video they didn't look like they required too much effort.

Basically I'm just sticking to my dailys until I fix the issues that the biomechanic pointed out. I will still aim to increase my dailys and my back off sets. I will increase my back off weight to 170kg next week if all goes well. -

My muscles in my legs have gotten really tight, my hips are locked in, my posture is getting worse and some muscles in my back have spazmed from that time when I was push pressing and failed on my back off set. I have to do these exercises 6 times a day to help correct all this shiz. Can't reveal the exact exercises as I promised confidentiality. -
