I guess you've never told a joke about people who have sustained an injury
bit of a difference between a football injury.......and blowing up things and killing innocent people including children.......

Looks like there is a troll on the loose. Pretty sad they have dug up a 6 month old thread.

celtic fans did more damage and killed more people with one van, than 200000 rangers fans.at least their hatred is honest.unlike celtic fans, who are hypocritical, arrogant, deluded,an d paranoid...
What mental home have you escaped from?

What a crowd tonight for East fife in the first round of the league cup. Was at the game and I would say 47,000 easy. Paying at the turnstiles was a stroke of genius from charles green and his school uniform joke was priceless

    Rangers 4-0 East fife

Summary please, I'm not listening to some goons on a football phone in.

Parkhead has been embarrassingly empty, especially for a match against Inter Milan where more people attended a norwich friendly against weak opposition than they did the celtic inter milan game.Rangers packed the house only 6 months earlier against AC milan. A journalist was at both and asked someone for a reason. A celtic fan came on and said that everyone had school uniforms to buy.

Charles Green the Rangers owner then said after Rangers near enough packed the house for a game against East fife from division 2 in the 1st round of the not very attractive league cup, that he was pleased all the Rangers fans planned to buy the school uniforms early in order to afford the match Nice we joke live on the radio and has had many Celtic fans with red faces.

    lol..... seriously....

Celtic played Inter Milan in a pre-season friendly. The attendance was higher than the friendlies played down in England on the same weekend. Picking out attendance figures at friendlies is beyond desperate.

Charles Green the Rangers owner then said after Rangers near enough packed the house for a game against East fife from division 2 in the 1st round of the not very attractive league cup
You seem to think the so-called lowly stature of the tie makes the attendance more impressive. It really doesn't when you consider the bigger picture: A massive club liquidated, a new club formed to replace it. Of course the attendances are going to be high. They knew anything short of a full house (for arguments sake lets say it was) would be massively damaging to their new club. Nobody expects The Rangers to be bringing in average Third Division attendances. Nobody would expect it form any club in this position.

that he was pleased all the Rangers fans planned to buy the school uniforms early in order to afford the match Nice we joke live on the radio and has had many Celtic fans with red faces.
I haven't heard a single Celtic fan even mention it, I post on a lot of forums and this is the first I've heard of it tbh.

Your fans have been taken for a ride by several people for several years. The reason it was so easy to do at Rangers is because it is incredibly easy to win over the Ibrox support. Green has been going into overdrive recently trying to get all the fans on-side and it's worked a charm, even if it's had the rest of the country laughing at him (the bigotry claim, for example).

You seem more intelligent than your average Bluenose, and you're entitled to a bit of fun especially in such dark times, but surely you realise what's going on? I mean come on, if Peter Lawwell bragged that Celtic had a higher attendance for a competitive cup game than Rangers had for a pre-season friendly you would think he was clutching at a serious amount of straws.

The Norwich game was on the Season Card, the Inter Milan game was £20. No wonder the attendance was higher for the former, during the summer holidays in the weeks before the season started. I've owned Inter tops longer than I've owned Celtic tops and even I wasn't tempted.

Good to see that huns are still giving their loyalty to whoever says the 'right' things, rather than whoever does the right thing. Served them well when they supported their old team.

Rangers home game attendance this season: "nearly 40,000"

Celtic home game attendance this season: 48,251 (Aberdeen), 52,849‎ (Helsinki), average 50,550.

If the roles were reversed and anyone involved in my club came out and poked fun at our old rival's attendances, when they clearly dwarf our own, I would be thoroughly embarrassed at his lack of basic maths skills. I'd be even more embarrassed if fellow fans thought he was great for it. The less in common we have the better mind you.

It was 48k not 40k and we have only had one game so averaging 48k

Celtics attendance for the first game of the season was a record low considering it was the unfurling of the flag.... And that was a european game.... Even motherwell sells out for those yet you still failed. We will see.... Also remember here, your in the SPL you SHOULD have fans coming in hordes. We are in div three and still getting 45k people . Amazing

'We support our team better than you support yours.'

Embarrassing when you isolate the point you are making isn't it?

Especially when we consider the way in which Rangers fans "support" their team.

The disgusting bigoted, racist bile was loud and clear for everyone to hear in their first match. It would actually be better for them if less people turned up.

Did anyone hear Green's latest ramblings? Claims there are 3 "billionaire" investors ready to step in, one of them he says is Mike Ashley but the other 2 he can't name because it's early days and he doesn't want to name anybody. Does he even listen to himself

The Rangers FC rack up the points with an impressive 2-2 against part-time Peterhead.

No club has ever beaten them!
