    I was looking over

    Anti-Semitism/Racism/White-Supremacism

Will not be tolerated, and considered either offensive and/or trolling. Discussion on these topics is allowed, preaching is not, nor is incitement.
I understand Black supremacism would come under racism, but why specifically condemn White Supremacism but not Black supremacism?

Your attention is drawn more to the spirit of the rules than their precise wording.
Both white and black supremacism come under the banner of 'racism'. I think it might just be that TSR has a particular problem with White supremacists given past trolling from Stormfront so they have made that more explicit within the rules. It's nothing sinister in the way of suggesting that only Whites can be supremacists.

White supremacists tend to be a lot more common than black (or any other ethnicity) supremacists, so that's why they're specifically listed I would presume. Certainly posts involving black supremacy would be dealt with exactly the same as those involving white supremacy since, after all, they're the same thing to begin with.

White mans guilt as a by-product from the era of slavery.

Not only blacks were made to be slave's, it was all different races and ethnics backgrounds, many still exist today.

Not only white's were slave owners, it was once again all different races and ethnics backgrounds, many also still exist today.

Oh I know that, but many of the left wingers and liberals don't, and still feel they "owe" something to the black community.
