    Forensic Psychology
I'd like to hear from anyone who is on their way to forensic psychology or being a forensic psychologist! I know that clinical psychology is insanely competitive and it can be really hard to get onto the postgraduate course - is it similar for forensic psychology? Do you need lots of work experience in the same way? If anyone has done any forensic psychology work experience - what was it like and what did you do?

Any general info or advice about forensic psychology, for someone currently doing psychology A-level and considering it as a degree?

    Re: Forensic Psychology
I asked birmingham how competitive their course was for forensic psychology.
they said they normally get 100 applicants, of which only about 20 will have the required 2.1 and the required amount of work experience.... then they will most likely interview all of those 20, and take about 8...

so it looks like 8% get in, but really (if your sensible) its actually 40% i guess...
