    What phone/browser/phone OS are you using? I've just tried to change colour on my Android phone and iPad and both happened successfully.
    (Original post by TheCrackInTime)
    HTC Desire running Android 2.3.4, I use the default Webkit browser.
    I've just tried this with an Android emulator running 2.3.3 and can confirm it not working.
    Edit: although when I then use my computer, the settings are saved from what I chose on Android...

    Hi :-). Well done on the excellent work, hope someone was providing you with coffee/cakes etc!

    Just a tiny little issue; when I'm looking at the fitness forum (not sure if same everywhere, haven't tried) and click on a username using the link under "last posted", it comes up as "This user has not registered therefore does not have a profile to view". Can view user profiles using other links around the forum.

    If it helps, I'm using Safari.
    Yeah i'm getting this too. Seems to be affecting only those which were made prior to the upgrade (i.e. if someone has posted in that thread since this morning, their profile loads fine).

    Hmmm first thought was because they're an FA, but a snapshot of 10 subs that have been offline for a while showed a 6:4 split in default:custom usertitles (from subs I would expect to have custom titles).

    Might be tricky to work out the reasons between why certain were reset and others weren't.
    Mine reset too :beard:

    Oh :holmes:

    I'm stumped as to why certain people's were and other's remained.

    Signature viewing issues
    I have 'Fold Signatures' set to 'yes'. When I go to click the arrow at the right of posts, instead of the signature appearing, nothing happens other than the direction of the arrow reversing.

    It was fine until the site updated yesterday.

    ....Another issue since yesterday's update: if I'm in a thread and I decide to click a link while that thread's still loading, it displays the 'Changes made in the editor will be lost. Are you sure that you want to leave this page?' box.

    Spoilerified sig's not expanding for me. Have tested in FF and IE.
    Confirmed and added to the list of issues.

    I was about to post this in the http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1924026"]TSR is back thread[/URL], but it just closed on me!
    You probably accidentally clicked to close the thread...the tick boxes are incorrectly activated by clicking anywhere along the line to the right of the tick boxes too. It's on the list to fix...

    There's a major issue on IE8. the editing window for replies and pms is not working at all. the cursor seems to be positioned on top of the words "Quick reply" rather than in the white text box. This prevents any typing.

    I am using gChrome to type this. seems to be working ok
    Yeah, we've seen that on thread pages...it's being looked in to as we speak.

    Another problem is that under "Edit Options" the option to hide the postcount in the post bit is not working
    Good find! Added to the list.

    Using Firefox in Ubuntu.

    When I tried to post using the quick reply box, it asked me if I was sure I wanted to leave the page and that some data could be lost if I did. I clicked no, tried to post again and it did the same so I clicked yes. It then took me to the advanced posting box and said that I had to wait 30 seconds between posts, my post had been successful.
    EDIT: just used quick reply here and it went fine, but the edit goes to the advanced posting thing, not quick edit.
    Added to the list to try and sort at some point soon.

    Very similar to me...does it happen when logged in and out? What about other accounts?

    Just tried again and still coming through as a download
    Can you save the downloaded file and send it to us please. Post in AAM if you need an email address and quote me to get my attention.

    Then try clearing your cache and you should be OK.

    My usertitle was in italics and now it's not. Obviously not exactly a major issue Greeneyedgirl and Phalanges still have theirs in italics :holmes:

    Just clarifying that I seem to get this too when you leave unposted content in the quick reply box, then decide to navigate elsewhere.

    Is that the reason you got it Becca?
    Nope, I hadn't touched the reply box :dontknow:

    Still blue when logging out and logging in again. I don't have another account to check against, but Chrosson has reported the same issue running on an emulator.

    Here is my copy of that file. I usually use Chrome, and it just wanted to download this file, with no extension. Once I realised IE was working ok with TSR I cleared the Chrome cache and away it went, back to working ok.

    Attached file; ...... Agggggr - it says invalid file. I'll rename it with .TXT on the end and re-attach.

    Just in case it didn't attach here is what it contains (inside CODE tags)

    Code:
    <?php
    if (strpos($_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'], '10.2.2.') === false) header('HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable');
    ?>
    <html>
    <head>
    <style type="text/css">
    body { margin: 2em 0; text-align: center; background: #E7F2F8 url(bg_gradient.gif) repeat-x; }
    img { border: 0; }
    </style>
    </head>
    <body>
    <img usemap='#links' src='/maintenance.jpg'/>
    <map name='links'>
    <area shape='rect' coords='419,331,583,354' href='http://coursework.info' alt='Coursework.info' />
    </map>
    </body>
    </html>
    Thanks. If you clear your cache now, you should be able to access the site without issues.

    I think this only happens for threads that have not been posted in since the site came back up (which is a lot of threads). I'm seeing if anything can be done to fix it.

    Try clearing your cache in IE8 - does that fix the problems?
    How do I do that?

    There seems to be a horizontal line above the posts, making you think that its part of the sig.

    I can't seem to attach images from the comp here.

    Also my personal rep doesn't show in the rep recieved widget.

    All happening on IE - on the Uni comp, so I'll check if its the same on FF when I get home.
