Int. Student/New Student starting 2012

Hi everyone,

I'm a mature student (26) coming to UCLAN in sept. 2012 from California, USA.

I just accepted a place on the Motor Sports Engineering (MEng) program and I won't be coming to Preston to see the campus until May.

I'd really like to hear the opinions of the flats, campus, etc. from people who have seen the campus and from all those from the UK.

Also, if anyone knows of flats that have double beds and that are mature student oriented either same sex flats or co-ed.. please let me know.

Lastly I'd like to meet some of you that are coming to uclan in sept. (mature students a plus). I'm on facebook for those that are too.

I apologize for butting in, I'm in a similar situation, mature student (22) from Finland moving to Preston in September. Due to work etc I won't be able to see the campus & accommodation before applying for a room, so all info and recommendations would be appreciated =)
