Which dress?
Hi, it's my best friend's 17th birthday in two weeks, and I need a new dress for her party.
I'm asian, I'm 5ft 5 and a size 6/8.
Which dress do you prefer?

If you don't like any, any recommendations??
Thanks

Re: Which dress?Thank you. Boohoo look much cheaper(Original post by DayDreamer1403)
My favourite is the third one, but if you're undecided, you could have a look at Boohoo.com - I love their dresses!

Re: Which dress?I'm more of a cream, pink, red type of girl when it comes to dresses(Original post by Nadine10)
I like the design of the third one, but the colour of the first - try and look for something with a pop of colour

I think it's because of my skin tone, blue looks odd on me. Maybe its just me :L
But thank you

Re: Which dress?
Be careful with BooHoo though, they don't actually have a customer service department and charge 'restocking fees' for refunds and exchanges. I know so many people that have had nightmares with them!
shelikes.com have some quite nice things in for a decent price, and I always find Topshop concessions and New Look Concessions in the bigger stores have very nice things, usually for reasonable prices

Re: Which dress?
Kinda like this too. The model in this is 5'10 though, so on me it won't be anywhere near as short :L

Thanks for the advice. I'm not wanting to buy online. I want to get it ordered to a store near me... -

Re: Which dress?
Go on ASOS please.
For that price those dresses aren't good enough.
I used to work at Lipsy and I can assure you that you can get better design, better quality for much cheaper.
The dresses cost like 90p to make and they sell them for £70.

Re: Which dress? The second one is probably best for you but you're paying a lot of money there for something that isn't really that special tbh, I think you'd be better looking at some others, for that price you could get some absolutely amazing ones, or you can get some in that kind of style for much less! Ark have some lovely dresses and some of them are definately the kind of style you were looking at http://www.arkclothing.com/Ark_Female/Dresses.html(Original post by ♥ ♥ ♥)
