Hi, are you still looking for a room to rent? I know its late notice but I have a large double room to rent in a 5 bedroom house on Whitchurch Rd, just on the edge of Cathays. The tenants are all female 3rd year healthcare students. The room is downstairs at the front. There are 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and large kitchen. We are all very tidy and considerate.
Rent is £260/month plus £40/month for bills.

Im going into my first year at Cardiff and looking for a houseshare.

Im female, easy going...idealy looking for a double bedroom! and hopefuly ensuite, but i know thats a bit tricky.

Hey i have two double sized rooms available in great student house with 4 other girls just off Albany Road in Roath- Alfred Street. House in lovely and £240 rent a month however this will be made lower

Aaaw you're bring your dog with you! I would have had to have done the same, but I'm living at home because I'm local.
I didn't realise that they'd allow pets in student housing, do you know of any that do?
