    Being flexible is not something I'm so good with :P. I'm not committed or motivated enough to do my stretching at home really

    You don't have to put in too much effort, just a few minutes each day stretching using basic warm up exercises should help you improve

    Blue Belt

    I enjoyed the sparring side of it, got long legs and when i trained good flexibility.

    I hope to take it back up once i am a civilian however i know i will have to start from the beginning again.

    Heya guys so i've been to two Taekwondo lessons (itf), tomorrow i'm signing up officially and ordering my uniform (YAAAY)
