What sort of questions did the interview consist of? how did it last an hour, was it all oral/ face to face? :0

It was face to face, with a script of questions. It followed exactly as they say on the Jaguar website (the link you posted). Anyone looking for tips in future I would suggest just to perfect the technique they recommend

correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure they said we would hear either way? Not sure about the others but I had mine in Halewood.
