I am visiting friends in the Putney area of London soon, can anyone recommend a fun and lively place to eat? We would like to go for Cocktails afterwards if anyone can also recommend somewhere to drink? Thank you

    I suggest House of Roxy.

They have a restaurant & cocktail bar in the same location.

    Any good?

Definitely quite a good place though on weekends it is jam packed. Food isn't the best unless you're just after some tapas and something to munch over good company but the drinks.....mmmmmmmmmmmm Especially them mojitos :P Anyway if you want some good food and a nice ambience try Prince of Wales, It's a pub, not trendy but the food is really good.
