Doesn't make sense...

I recieved a letter from University of East Anglia telling me that my application had been handed to the disability Co-ordinator for consideration to ensure they could cope with my needs before an offer is made (I'm hearing impaired but with hearing aids it's not much of a problem and a history of mental health issues but these aren't currently present). However that was 4 months ago and I have an invitation to a visit day this Wednesday which I've said I will attend...No sign of an offer and no request or any information about discussing my needs with anyone on the day so it doesn't imply that I'm needed for a meeting of any sort. In fact I've not heard anything from them since that letter despite e-mailing and trying to call them. Even their own website says that applicants would have recieved conformation of an offer when they were invitied to the visit day which I did not...
Does anyone know why this might have happened?
