As per title. The world of Distance Learning is far bigger than OU, and such TSR should not be limiting discussion to one provider.

    Hi there
Sorry for the delayed response - I promise this isn't a brand forum - it's for people to ask general questions about distance learning. I'm of course unable to answer questions about specifics at other distance learning institutions but will provide links to info where I can.
    Hope this helps,
    Kind Regards

Ok thanks for your answer.I have a number of experience I would love to share wrt Distance Learning in general.
With that in mind, would someone from TSR please explain why I am unable to respond to other posts in this forum ?

I have just been informed by one of the mods that members of TSR cannot respond to threads started by other members. Therefore I question the openless of the discussion here and its stated intent to discuss Distance Learning beyond the student support and marketing of OU.

I have no axe to grind here, but Distance Learning is an interesting subject and people reading this forum should be aware of the way in a sticky or Terms of Reference that it has been set up to preclude responses either to contradict or confirm any comments made.

Is there a another more Open (sic) forum on TSR for discussion of Distance Learning ?
