If I reinstall iTunes, will I lose my music?
I've been getting iTunes error 1202 for months now and I've tried everything I can except reinstalling iTunes. I know the files will still be on my computer, but if I reinstall it, would they still be on iTunes with my play counts and playlists? Because I really don't want to lose everything and have to put them all back on.

If the iTunes folder and its contents are not deleted then you should still have your play counts and playlists when you reinstall. The iTunes folder is in the music folder if you want to make a backup just in case. -
Re: If I reinstall iTunes, will I lose my music?Just backup the Itunes music folder before you do it if you're worried. Right click the folder and click copy. Then right click in another window/desktop or whatever and click paste.(Original post by ArtGoblin)
