What other jobs can i do with a BSc in Biomedical Science?
I wanna do the BSc Biomedical Science course at uni . but i really dont wanna work in labs. So what other jobs can i realistically do with a degree in biomedical science that will give me a reasonably high salary. It DOES NOT have to be related to biology or the health industry.
I have though of 3
Medical Sales Rep
Conference producer in life science.
Teacher.
But i dont know if these jobs are considered reasonably high payed.
The reason i want a reasonably high paying salary is that i really think i deserve a higher salary than my friends who studies easy mickey mouse degree (im not gna name them. you know them) when i am studying an extremely difficult and stresssful degree. -

A lot of people answered that question in your previous thread.
I wouldn't say the degree is "extremely difficult and stressful", if the uni don't think you can handle it then they won't offer you a place. Anyway it all comes down to how well you organise yourself and how pro-active your make your learning.
What's a conference producer in life science??
There is a massive scope for graduate jobs and courses.
Medical/dental school
PhD
MSc
Clinical scientist training
Blah blah blah
Patent attourney,
Biomedical scientist
High street shop manager
Teaching (level depends on qualifications, e.g. You require a phd to teach at university level)
Scientist in industry
You can even land jobs with fortune 500 companies
There are thousands of job prospects, all you have to do is get on the Internet and search for it, in-turn you will be teaching yourself how to research, a vital skill for the study of life sciences. -
Re: What other jobs can i do with a BSc in Biomedical Science?Do you think, after getting a masters degree, i can expect similar salary to that of a Mechanical or Civil Engineer? I mean like £35k - £40k mid career salary and £45k-£55k senior level salary (after 10 tp 15 years experiance.)(Original post by Jack7Richards)
