    Well, in challenging the no abortions idea raised by the OP, I asked how he would have the children raised. He said "what's wrong with communal childrearing". The problem is that it isn't feasible to raise children communally in our societies. Thus, if the only way that the OP can see for the children to be raised is for the resulting children to be raised by a community, then the idea isn't feasible at all.
    I accept that it's not popular, and that there's no will to do it (as yet) - but I can't make the leap from there to it being not feasible; can I ask you to go into a bit more depth on the subject?

    He rattles on enough about the big society and how everyone should do things for the free for their community. If he came out with this it wouldn't be that surprising to be honest.
