Can't concentrate on workHi I'm really struggling on concentrating on my work, I have all the time to do it but I can't seem to get on with it and now I'm seriously behind. Is anyone else struggling with this or have any tips that might help?

i'm fine with doing physical tasks eg. im a sales assistant in a shop, or some sort of active team work but when it comes to sitting still and revising, reading lecture notes etc, i just get distracted so easily, cant concentrate at all.
its now week 5 in the semester and i can honestly say that i've only done max. 3-4hrs of work. so behind...
