V Festival 2012 Tickets - How Fast Do They Sell Out?
So sorry if this is in completely the wrong section guys !

I was just wondering, tickets for V come out on Friday at 10am, and I'm planning to buy some. However, I'm in lessons at 10am and wont be home until 4pm, does anyone know how fast tickets are likely to sell out ?

Like is it a wise idea to get someone like my mum to buy the tickets for me ?

    Thank youuuuu !

Why the **** do you want to go to V? That's my first question. Always seems like **** 'festival'. Only T4 on the Beach- or whatever it's called- would be worse.

    Dear me...

I didn't ask for your opinion regarding why I want to go to V, I asked about the tickets.

Probably sold out by around 11-12, varies each year. Two years ago it went in 30 mins, last year it took about 3 hours. eBay is always an option, but people always put overpriced tickets up for around £240 (which is what I'm taking advantage of this year! )

Nothing to stop me giving my opinion, is there?

No need to get on the defensive.

Normally withing a couple of hours, it'd be safest to get someone to order them for you when they're released, or be 'ill'.

This year, I doubt they'd sell out very quickly.
If you're worried then just ask to go to the loo and make the call to ticketmaster for 10 minutes.
Id recommend "screaming ovaries" as a good excuse for why you were in there so long.
