    Iphone 4 to 4s
    HI, I have an iphone 4 and I want to get an upgrade to a 4s. However I am still in my contract I was wondering if I could pay my network tmobile a one-off fee to get the phone and continue paying the contract i have now

    there's typically an "opt out" fee available, which is the remaining prove of your contract minus a set percentage (it was a third cheaper on my orange contract for example). Pay that and they will let you buy into a new contract as if you'd finished the last one.

    I bought out the remainder of my previous contract with t-mobile and upgraded early, it was really easy, the people in the store put me on the phone to the right department and I was able to have a new phone there and then. Even better the fee I had to pay was only just over half what the rest of my contract would have cost
