    Hi all ,

    What is the clinical significance of increased IgA concentration levels ?

    I have tried looking in the immunology books, and on the internet but cannot find anything can anyone please help me

    Sorry i forgot to add, IgA concentration levels in salivary samples in this case not overall serum.
